Hello RiskScape team.

May I please know what framework identifier should be used for CSV function framework inside cli-hdf5:1.13.0 Docker image?

Thanks

Vinod

Hi Vinod,

You can use `framework = csv`, although you can usually omit this - RiskScape can figure out that it’s a CSV function if the `location` ends with `.csv`.

The thing to note about CSV functions on the 1.13.0 release is that they are still a beta feature, so you would need to use `--beta` after the `riskscape` command, e.g. `riskscape --beta model run foo`. CSV functions have been promoted to a regular feature on the 1.14.0 release, so if you upgraded to the 1.14.0 release, then you’d no longer need to use `--beta` in the `riskscape` commands.

There’s more examples of configuring and using CSV functions in the documentation here:

- [Creating your own risk functions — RiskScape 1.14.0 documentation](https://engine-docs.sites.riskscape.nz/intro/risk-functions.html#csv-based-functions)
- [CSV function framework — RiskScape 1.14.0 documentation](https://engine-docs.sites.riskscape.nz/reference/csv/functions.html)

Cheers,
Tim
